Registration Process Instructions
- Complete the Online Registration Form:
- Students should present ID card at event location for verification.
- Only after validation, the registration confirmation QR code is sent to your registration email.
- Make Payment:
- To confirm your reservation, please complete the payment within 72 hours of submitting your registration.
- When making the bank transfer, use the mobile number you registered with as the payment reference.
- Bank Details:

- Receive Confirmation and Ticket:
- Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Your ticket with QR code will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
Terms & Conditions
- Children under 12 years are admitted for free, while those who are 12 years and older need to have a ticket.
- Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available.
- If an event is canceled/postponed, we will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the booking fee.
- Event organizers & the Venue staff reserve the right to ask any guest to leave or remove them from the venue for any reason we see as inappropriate and for the successful running of our event.
- We operate a zero-tolerance policy on harassment. Anti-social behavior is unacceptable at our event. Adhere to all the rules of the venue.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizers.
- By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. These materials may be used by Organizers for promotional purposes without compensation to attendees.
- The following items are prohibited at the event: weapons, illegal substances, Alcoholic beverages, professional photography equipment, and any other items deemed inappropriate by event team.
